YOUR DAY AT HART

• guiding and advising guests to ensure the best possible experience.
• preparing coffee and tea.
• serving and explaining our products.
• working closely with all of your colleagues and the bakers in the back of house.
• ensuring the store is in its most presentable state at all times.
• being professional and aware of everything around you, while keeping it light and having fun - both with guests and colleagues.

WHO YOU ARE

You already have coffee skills on:

• brewing batch brew filter coffee.
• understanding of coffee recipes.
• understanding of difference between strength and extraction.
• pulling espresso shots and steaming milk.
• basic latte art skills.
• adjusting espresso grind setting.
• knowledge of all coffee related cleaning procedures.
